b) Communication
Clients are expected to respond promptly to requests for feedback, content, or approvals.
c) Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Late client responses
- Failure to provide required materials
- Changes in project scope
5. Pricing & Payments
a) Payment Structure
- A deposit is required before project work begins
- The remaining balance is due before final delivery or deployment
b) Non-Payment
Failure to complete payment may result in:
- Suspension of the project
- Withholding of final files or website access
c) Pricing Changes
Prices may vary depending on project complexity and additional requirements.
6. Revisions & Changes
- Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions as agreed
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may attract extra charges
- Major changes after project approval may be treated as a new project
7. Project Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
- Final delivery is completed once full payment is received
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final work
8. Ownership & Intellectual Property
a) Client Ownership
Upon full payment, the client owns the final approved project deliverables.
b) SkillTech Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Showcase completed projects in our portfolio
- Use project work for marketing purposes
c) Third-Party Tools
Some projects may include third-party tools, plugins, or themes which are subject to their own licenses.
9. Website & System Responsibility
After project completion:
- Clients are responsible for managing their website or system
- Maintenance services must be subscribed to separately
- We are not liable for issues caused by:
- Unauthorized changes
- Third-party plugins
- Hosting-related issues
10. Maintenance & Support
- Ongoing support is only provided under a maintenance agreement
- Without maintenance, support requests may be billed separately
11. Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has started
- No refunds are issued for completed work
- Partial refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances
12. Limitation of Liability
SkillTech shall not be held liable for:
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits
- Website downtime due to hosting providers
- Third-party service failures
- Security breaches beyond our control
All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific business results.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a project or service if:
- The client violates these terms
- There is abusive or unprofessional conduct
- Payment obligations are not met
14. Privacy
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
